WHISKERS LAUNCHES ‘AMERICANA COLLECTION’ OF RED, WHITE, BLUE PLAIN GOLF SHOE CORE TO CELEBRATE THE 4TH OF JULY

(DELRAY BEACH, Fla.) – In celebration of the 4th of July, Whiskers has introduced its “Americana Collection” of golf-specific laces in solid and patterned designs for men and women in red, white and blue.

The Heartland three pack features solid navy, fire engine red and white golf laces. The Stars and Stripes 3-Pack includes a pair of red and blue striped golf laces and a pair of red, white, blue and navy blue golf laces. Each pack of three costs $40.

Available in 33″ round lengths and 45″ to 72″ flat lengths, the golf laces seamlessly fit FootJoy, adidas, Nike, Puma, ECCO and other leading footwear brands.

“It is important to Whiskers to make the most of the celebration of American independence,” said Kyle Groth, Whiskers CEO. “This premise aligns with why Whiskers shoelaces are made in the USA and why we favor red, white and blue in many of our creations.”

PGA TOUR players and caddies share Whiskers’ patriotic principles and are encouraged to play during the 2022 US Open (June 16-20), the John Deere Classic (June 30-July 3) and the Barbasol Championship (week from July 4th). LPGA players and caddies will don the red, white and blue Whiskers laces during the US Women’s Open (June 2-5).

The Americana Collection follows Whiskers’ Stand With Ukraine program, in which the company donated all profits from the sale of its yellow and blue shoelaces – colors of the country’s flag – to Save the Children Ukraine and the Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund, two highly respected nonprofit.

“We are deeply concerned for global peace, stability and the betterment of the lives of those who suffer,” Groth said. “There has been incredible support and momentum from loyal Whiskers bearers, and others have graciously joined in this pledge of refugee support.”

In addition to golf laces, Whiskers designs and manufactures laces specifically for dress and casual shoes, sneakers and boots. They match trending footwear and apparel brands in style and color, are made from extremely durable poly-nylon tech fabric and high-quality aglets, and come in a variety of styles, shapes and lengths.

Earlier this year, Whiskers introduced 42 new colors and patterns to its already robust collection. These include turquoise, mint green, Vegas gold, guava and lavender, as well as neon blue, green, orange, pink and yellow laces. They join popular plain laces in navy, carolina blue, pink and red. Navy-light blue, orange-white, berry-black, green-blue and purple-pink are the best-selling patterns.

Whiskers reinvents a category that has been overlooked for decades but is now an essential part of the premium wardrobe. Personalizing and dressing up shoes in a fashionable and fun way – without being too loud – reflects today’s “individualism” frenzy.
